Overview
First aid training is essential for anyone who wants to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations. Many people struggle to find comprehensive and accessible resources for learning first aid, as some online courses are too lengthy, others are too expensive, and many lack interactive and engaging content.
A free and accessible smartphone app could be a solution for many people.

To understand the needs and expectations of users, a peer survey was sent to adults potentially seeking a comprehensive resource for learning:
They prefer a mobile-friendly app that can be accessed from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
They want an app that is easy to use and navigate, with interactive and engaging content that is relevant and up-to-date.
They are looking for a resource that provides certification and awards, as well as opportunities to refresh their knowledge and skills over time.

Usability Study Results
Most users had difficulty with the navigation. Add clear backward and nonlinear navigation needs to be created.
Users did not see their progress. Add topic progress. Sections of topics needs to be communicated visually.
Users wanted to reorder or create a playlist of preferred topics, an insight is. Design a favorite/playlist schema.

Social Media icons/links & footer bar was not utilized and sometimes distracted user. Remove footer bar.
